Operational Mechanism
Proposal Submission
Initiation: Any community member can initiate proposals regarding governance, fund management, or enhancements to the GEMEGuard platform.
Requirements: Proposals require a minimum threshold of support from token holders to proceed to a community vote, ensuring only viable and supported ideas are considered.
Discussion and Voting
Community Deliberation: Before voting, there is a designated period for discussion and debate on the proposal’s merits, during which members can provide feedback, suggest amendments, and refine the proposal.
Decision by Vote: Following deliberations, token holders cast their votes based on the stake of GEM tokens they hold. This ensures that the outcomes directly reflect the preferences and interests of the community.
GEMEGuard Voting and Implementation Process
Voting Mechanism In the GEMEGuard DAO, each member's voting power is directly proportional to their GEM token holdings or their active contribution to the ecosystem. This ensures that decision-making is weighted by stake and engagement, fostering a fair governance model.
Decision-Making
Proposal Voting: Members cast votes on various proposals, ranging from minor tweaks to major strategic shifts, with outcomes determined by a majority vote or other criteria set forth in the governance framework.
Implementation and Monitoring: Once a proposal is approved, it is executed according to the planned guidelines. The implementation is closely monitored, and feedback mechanisms are in place to evaluate effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
